Coming from I-295 SB or NB:

Take the Richmond Exit. Head East on 197 (Left if you were coming Southbound, Right if you were coming Northbound). Take Route 197 all the way through town until you come to a stop sign at the bottom of the hill and are facing the Kennebec River and Swan Island. Turn Left onto State Route 24/197. Shortly after that Route 24 and 197 split. Stay on Route 24 and bear left (going between the abutments of the old railroad underpass that is a little bit of a blind curve and a tight squeeze for a lot of trucks). Continue on Rte 24 which is the River Road headed North toward Gardiner. You will travel approximately 0.9 miles beyond the railroad underpass. There is a little white farmhouse on the left, with an attached woodshed and medium sized unpainted barn. Our office is the next driveway on the left. There is a blue dumpster at the end of the driveway.
